I'm not a WBGarden musician, but I know some (or even all?) of that band's members are internet oriented so they may appreciate insightful suggestions!

I've listened to your track, and found myself transported into a place "painted" by the music, which is to me the most important thing.

The guitar panned on the right is louder than what's on the left : if someone speaks louder on my right side I'll want to turn my head right, in order for the sound to get into my ears equally. So you may infer that something prevents the listener's head from moving, not a comfortable situation.

I'd describe the guitar sound as "dry-iced", the other sounds suggest a cooler busy mood.

If that can be of any help...

I recommend some reverb at the beginning.  Love the breakdown, that's when it takes off, when you're really filling the frequencies.  But very original and chromatic I like it. Love the spaciness https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J6wNUpbuW2s What do you think of mine?

Their sound has the rare feature of being both "neat" and experimental, esp with Yuichi Onoue's ribbon controller + a kind of hurdy gurdy named "kaisatsuko".

They're connected to jazz-fusion, structure-wise.

Add a link if you know bands who sound (nearly) the same !

A hidden link I've just found right now!
