That's more than most people spend in a year ...
I don't want to think about how much I spent on CDs in the last couple of months - something like €400.
Unfortunately, I don't like burning CD's - I may download some and listen to samples, but if I like them, I buy them.

My expenditure has gone right down recently. I'm getting into GG and VDGG and my local stores don't stock them, neither do the shops in my part of London (hence my earlier thread about these stores).

i've spent maybe a total of $100 or more since may on music. Mostly I bought vinyl, though, so I got tons of music for relatively no money. CDs are far too expensive.

Yes, that is a little extreme isn't it. I don't have a monthly income, and haven't bought a cd for a long time.

Have you left out decimal points by mistake??
You'll need a new house just to keep your music collection in!
I thought I was bad, spending about £60 a month on music!

How much do you guys estimate you spend on CDs per month?
I haven't spent money since Frances The Mute. All my CDs are burned copies.
If I had $100, I would go to my favorite record shop and pick up all the Prog CDs I could..
My local store is great, they specialize in prog. I've seen Amon Duul, VDGG, TFK, the Ozrics, all of Spock's Beard, whatever..
