Paranoid, though Vol. 4, Sabbath Bloody Sabbath and 13 all get really really close! The first six and 13 are all really great and solid.

The first six albums are an incredible run of form. I chose Paranoid, but it could have been any of them on a different day.

There was so much choice! I think "13" was far better than anyone could of expected from them.
Even though the band associate it with lots of emotional pain and unhappiness, I really, really love the "Never Say Die" album. "Over To You" basically did the whole decade of 80's metal but forgot to include the widdly guitar solos.
I think their debut tails off at the end, "Paranoid" sags in the middle and "Master of Reality" is more blues based so far.
However it was "Vol. 4" I voted for as it's stuck with me since getting into them in the early 90's.
I even love "The Writ" and think that should be included on as many compilations as "Spiral Architect".
And I love "Sabotage" and "Sabbath Bloody Sabbath".
The only misfire the Ozzy Sabbath's made was "Technical Ecstasy" (imo).

But I went for "Vol. 4". Mainly for "Supernaut"'s riff accompanying me getting out of bed and getting dressed for many years! (Sorry about that image this might give you)

This may be controversial, but I prefer Ozzy's solo career to anything he's done Sabbath related. Randy Rhodes and Ozzy are pretty synonymous. Haven't had the chance to listen to "13" yet, but hear good things. Paranoid gets my vote, but since I'm a forum newbie, I guess I can't vote? :(

Volume 4.  Their first 6 albums are all excellent, but Vol 4 has always been my favorite.  Wheels of Confusion/The Straightener is just amazing.

I like them all so much and can go back and forth but I think the first album is so loose and jams with such heavy Nlues abandon I will take it it as número uno.
Tonys Guitar on Volume 4 has such a unique sound that it was my fav for a long time

The first album, for Warning alone:

Now the first day that I met ya
I was looking in the sky
When the sun turned all a blur
and the thunderclouds rolled by
The sea began to shiver
and the wind began to moan
It must've been a sign for me
to leave you well alone
I was born without you, baby
but my feelings were a little bit too strong
