Topic: Ambulance, Firefighter or Police Posted: July 29 2013 at 03:41 |

First, there has never been a fire anywhere, so those are pointless. Police only use their sirens to run red lights. And I have no patience for sick people. Walk it off!

Another odd poll for a prog web site.....even if it's in off topic general area.
All 3 do good work imo.

Firemen tend to be volunteers, so I'll go with that.

That's a strange interpretation. I'd rather interpret it as "who does the most good for the people".

Ambulance personnel literally save lives every day while Police and Firefighters risk their lives on a daily basis to keep us safe. I think policemen have the hardest job of all three; unfortunately, there are some that abuse their authority and if you happen to cross their path they can ruin your life in the blink of an eye. OTOH, every policeman I've ever run across (except one) was clearly a good egg stuck with doing an incredibly tough job. I'm voting Firefighter...they don't have any authority to abuse and they risk their own lives to save ours.

Between ambulance and firefighter (I have respect for the work the police do but unfortunately there's too many unjust laws for them to enforce and too many bad apples in the bunch). Can't really decide between the others.

I could have that as a choice as one could not be without neither in a modern society,, but there is some officials i like more then the other. but they all put their life in danger for us and use good knowledge in dire crises in often short time-spans

I wanted to be an ambulance, but I lack the mechanics for it.
Perhaps a siren called me in a different direction.

These are the three official forces you call for when you are in trouble in some way, who do you have the most trust in doing the best work, who is most helpful when their help is needed , who do you think has the most knowledge of what their doing, in your respective country ..
I know this varies from country to country or even from state to state, in norway these are the three emergency numbers you call when in need depending the cause or case. I have never myself dialed the number of emergency ever, but i wonder if I do will i et though, will i be able to see what case should be called in for,
Who do you think does the best work?
