I'm new to Pendragon so I haven't heard the first 4 in the list. Of the ones I have heard, Masquerade is the best IMO.

Not heard it, but must be great. Will be released at 27 August. Start buying and support good ole' Nick Barret.

As do I.
However, my personal favorite is The Masquerade Overture!

I like both albums a lot. With The World Nick Barrett seemed to develop sort of a definitive Pendragon sound. For me the highlights of 'later' Pendragon are those two albums, The Window Of Life and The Masquerade Overture.

A little cheese once in a while is not bad.
Difficult question. Kowtow didn't made my collection. When I heard the first song I relied on the reviews stating it was the most commercial album. The World was my vote, mostly due to the beautiful The Voyage. But Last Man on Earth on Window of Life is a classic as well.
Very nice band for the softer moods. Love the folky voice of Barret.

If I were to make a list of my 10 all - time favourite bands / artists (sometimes I like to indulge myself in such harmless enjoyable activities) one neo-prog band would always be in such a list, inbetween all those '70's prog-dinosaurs: Pendragon.
They weren't the most complex, original or innovative of bands, but... I really love their style! So, I thought it was time they deserved to have a poll of their own.
Personally, I chose The Jewel as my fave album, but I also like Fly High Fall Far, Kowtow, The Window Of Life and The Masquerade Overture a lot, and even The R(B)est of Pendragon.
Now, what's your attitude towards the Pendrags' albums?
