It's Jacqui McShee. I listed her in my opening post.

Also I'd like to add Dan Arborise to my list. He wasn't on the site when I first made this thread, but now he is. He's probably up in my top 5 favorite vocalists.

-Daniel Tompkins (ex-tesseract, skyharbor, haji's kitchen, piano, absent hearts, etc. lol)
-Kelly Sundown Carpenter (ex-beyond twilight, ex- darkology, ex-outworld, etc.)
-Jorn Lande (ex-beyond twilight, ex-ARK =/ )
-Russell Allen ( Symphony X, that sh*tty adrenaline mob band)
-Maynard James Keenan (TOOL)
-David Longdon -BIG BIG TRAIN (sounds like phil collins only he doesn't suck. lol)
-Daniel Gildenlow (Pain of Salvation)
-Devin Townsend (Strapping young lad, devin townsend band, devin townsend project, etc.)
-
These grew on me so I like then now: Geddy Lee, Jon Anderson, the guy from Haken, James Labrie and I never really liked Steven Wilson and Mikael Akerfeldt's vocals at first but they grew on me as well.

There are many great singers in prog, but I usually like the ones who sound the most passionate and are clearly immersed in what they do, so therefore Neal Morse, Daniel Gildenlow, and Devin Townsend are my favorite singers in prog. Not saying that they're the only ones with that kind of passion, though, because I'm totally inspired by the vocals of Jon Anderson, Peter Gabriel, and Geddy Lee. But looking at the personalities of the individual singers, I found that those of Neal, Daniel, and Devin stuck out to me because I didn't have to take them seriously all the time.
