Hey Scott! Sorry for the delay but your album has been posted today. Hope you enjoy it!
Also, I just realised some of your archivers may have not seen this: We've been known to expand our band in order to cover Zappa songs, and here's the best recorded example!

No worries, Dunwich! I ripped a copy for the car and I've always got in on hand to dig out! I really love it!
Oh, and two Simpsons mentions in a row is definately working for me too - Everything's coming up Millhouse! |

Hey Scott, it's a really decent album! I put up a review a little while back after thrashing the album for a few weeks. I bought the CD for $10, which came with an instant download anyway. Seriously, mere pocket change for a great new prog album!
Hopefully just the beginning for a new ongoing Aussie prog band! |

Hey, yes!! Thanks for the album, your kinds words and recommendations! It's no problem to drop a bit of cash for your CD!
I've been giving it a good couple of listens every day, gets better with every play. I'll put up a positive review in the next week or so! You guys have a bright future, so onwards and upwards to even better things! |

^All good. Xenograft as well, a personal fav of mine - although their newer material is even more impressive than their EP. And hey Aussie-Bird-Brother! Thanks for the kind words and I'm happy you dug the album! Hope you enjoyed my note as well - at the time I didn't know who purchased the album and I chucked a few recommendations for other acts in there too. Aaaand just because I can here's a live video of one of our new tracks, mainly in 13/8 with a few weirder permutations of 6 and 7 as well. |

You might want to check out Pirate, Kettlespider, A Lonely Crowd, Karnivool, and Arcane, as they are all Aussie heavy prog bands

I'll have to remember that, Andy, thanks for the advice!
I'll admit, I kind of ignorantly sometimes dismiss some of the local home-grown Aussie prog that's metal based - not because I don't think it's any good, just not something I personally want to listen to much of - but I think this Montresor album has a good balance of hard and prog elements, like I've mentioned before. All instrumental seals the deal a little better too! |

Heavy prog is usually the more digestible form of prog metal

Hey guys, just ordered the CD, thanks for the instant download that comes with the purchase.
I'm not usually a total prog-metal fan, but you won me over from the tracks I listened to on your Bandcamp page which had more of a balance of proggy elements like the Anekdoten/Crimson sound I mentioned above with heavy riffs. Lots of potential here! Fellow Archivers, head to that Bandcamp page and give them a spin, you might be impressed! Looking forward to it, fellas, well done! |

Hey Dunwich, just giving it a listen now, pretty decent! Definately detecting that dark Crimson vibe and a bit of early noisy Anekdoten even? Impressed, no doubt!
That sounds like a great deal for the digital download, but I'm a `physical copy' guy, however your price for the physical CD is very affordable too! Good luck, guys! |
