Thanks Joel.

I'll check that.

I hate iTunes.

I'm not having the same problem, but sometimes when I search a query in the iTunes store, it goes into an endless "Accessing iTunes store..." message. If it's doing this and I try to close the program, it just freezes and I have to close it through task manager. Totally lame.

I'd try opening Task Manager and going to the processes window and seeing if iTunes.exe is running/opens at all. I've had it lock up on me and refuse to open before and ending the process + launching iTunes again fixed it fine.

If that doesn't work, maybe uninstall + reinstall and see if that gets you anywhere.

I've just tried to update with Apple ITunes 10.4 on my PC running Windows XP.

I launch ITunes as normal, retrieve the update, click on download and literally nothing happens. No error messages or anything. Anyone got any ideas? Could it be a temporary fault on the Apple side of the fence rather than with my PC. will try again later etc, but has anyone else had this before on a PC?
