This is though. I only recently discovered the White Album and am totally immersed in it these days...
Hard to choose one, but I'll settle with "Mother Nature's Son" I love the gentle, breezy vibe of that song.
I also love Piggies! Oink, oink!

I really love the whole album, but my favourite is While My Guitar Gently Weeps, followed by Helter Skelter. And, even if it's sin I've to admit I like Ob-La-Di Ob-La-Da a lot xD

Towards the bottom of the list for my favorite Beatles albums, but...
"Happiness Is A Warm Gun" "Julia" "Blackbird" "Mother Nature's Son" "Martha My Dear"
^^ those are gems.

There's a lot on this album that I dig. While My Guitar ..., Everybody's Got Something To Hide..., Birthday, Why Don't We Do It In The Road, etc. etc...
I have a soft spot for Revolution 9 too. I still remember the first time I heard it ... I was listening to this album with my wife (she was still my girlfriend at the time) for the first time and we dozed off. We woke up to Revolution 9, and it was a pretty scary experience.

Mother Nature's Son; Paul McCartney's finest moment in my opinion.

I can't choose one but my favourites are
Back in the USSR
Happiness is a Warm Gun
Martha My Dear
I'm So Tired
I Will
Julia
Long, Long, Long
I would add While My Guitar Gently Weeps if it wasn't for the dreadful keyboard sound

While My Guitar Gently Weeps Happiness is a Warm Gun Blackbird Julia Helter Skelter
One of those. I find it quite difficult to choose. Either Blackbird or WMGGW I think, though.

There's only two Beatles songs I care to listen to. One is "A Day in the Life" and the other is "While My Guitar Gently Weeps." So the choice is obvious.

Ob-La-Di, Happiness is a Warm Gun, Piggies, and Everyone's Got Something To Hide are probably my favorites. And it's not on the album, but the "fuzz" version of Revolution is amazing (Hey Jude B-side I think):
