That is very sad news, I've been delving back into Threshold's back catalogue over the last year, and I thought his work was excellent. Played Dead Reckoning and Critical Mass a few weeks back and really enjoyed them. R.I.P.

They covered Eagle by Abba.
One of the best metalcovers of a popsong. |

He was in a heavy/power metal project called PowerWorld. They released an album in 2010, called Human Parasite. Pretty good album. Fans of Mac need to check out Sargant Fury.

My favorite was probably Subsurface, though I love Hypothetical and Dead Reckoning as well.
Clone I could never get into, and Critical Mass was ok, but not as good as the others.
RIP

Damn... And I didn't know until now. I honestly didn't care much about that guy, though he made some really great songs with Threshold!

He wasn't much older than I currently am. Now he is in eternal peace, not suffering whatever terrible disease he had to go through in the last months of his life - thank you for the music, Mac, I'm right now listening to the "Hypothetical" album in your honor. My condolences to his family and friends.
