Didn't members of The Misunderstood form Juicy Lucy? I know that Guy Evans (VdGG) was in them (Misunderstood) for a brief spell.
I've got a copy of the re-issued first Misunderstood album on Cherry Red, which includes a version of 'Who Do You Love?,' a cover of the Bo Diddley song that Juicy Lucy had a minor hit with circa 1970.

It's right, Glenn Campbell of Misunderstood formed Juicy Lucy after their split.

They reformed in the early 1980's and recorded some material on the cherry red label.

Question: Is anyone familiar with recordings by the early 80's line-up? Is the music any good, and more to the point, is it worth buying?

For those who haven't heard of the original band, check  or http://www.themisunderstood.com/band.html includes downloads. May be a bit raw for some, but check out the guitar on "I unseen" and "children of the sun"...

If you like The Misunderstood you should try High Tide. Tony Hill of the Misunderstood formed them in 1969.
