They are very good amps. it's great to hear you are happy with it.

This is probably because when manufacturer's build these type of amps it is done with a low budget in mind so generally you won't get the "bells and whistles" with it, just your basic (but usually a good) tone. Of course there are "boutique" amp manufacturer's out there so there's always a choice, but the likes of Vox, Laney, Orange etc....will build a small amp like the Night Train usually in Far Eastern countries so they can make em' cheap, sell in large quantities and make decent profits. Surely the way to go is to buy a low wattage amp and buy a pedal board or singular effects units? These type of amps are great for recording at low volumes, yet still possible to gig with in small venues.....and easy to carry and transport in your car!

It's funny how the colors of the real world only seem really real when you viddy them on the screen.

Hi. Although i've not used one myself (I do play some guitar), I did watch ex - It Bites guitarist Francis Dunnery use a Night Train live recently here in the UK to great effect. Here is a Youtube clip of him playing one below. If I remember correctly, they are a single channel amp so you may have to use effects for lead work for example, and/or use the volume/tone control on your guitar. They would be fine for small pubs/clubs/venues. I hope this helps?

I'm thinking about buying one of these. It sounds pretty sweet in the various YouTube videos I've seen of it in action.
Has anyone had any dealings with it?
