For me it's KC (not a huge fan of the Belew middle period albums) , but I am also a big fan of the Gabriel years and I do  like both Trick and Wind with Collins at the vocal helm. After that the Genesis albums fall short imho of what they once were. KC continues to try new things and are still vital imho though I will admit I like the earlier material better.

^I give opinions only about the music I really listen, not the music I have listened once and haven´t liked much. Sometimes I have give my opinion about some album that I have listened just once if somebody is asking me it (for example in "What album you listened today"-thread). But you can do whatever you like and you can understand me also what you like and twist my sayings, that´s the thing what really many people in internet do. I don´t have to be in any contact you anymore.

Really that would be boring if everyone will like the same as I.

I am not going to continue this. I think you´re just a troll. At least when your posts are about KC.

So I can't give an opinion? I understand

It would be boring if people liked the same thing you did? So you are saying that what I am providing is fun? Make some sense man

Are you upset because someone doesn't have the same tastes as you?
No. I am wondering why you keep on commenting King Crimson threads although you´re not a big fan of their music? Also, yesterday your comments was really negative towards King Crimson, in one you said where were four great KC songs "I can stand those other three", one you said Court boring and this one you said they made trash in the seventies.

To me it seems you´re just searching attention to yourself one way or another.

When I don´t like some band that is loved here, it´s very rare I comment anything about them, mostly only in polls where are also other bands that I love.

So I can't give an opinion?

Really? Bro, not everyone is going to like the same stuff you like. That's just the way of the world as a Genesis song once said

My second and third favorite bands ever!!!

Genesis gets the vote here as only Yes has ever moved me to greater musical heights.

And of course you can have opinions on music but expect these opinions to be challenged if they are unfounded and so boldly stated.

I apologize for being so hostile yesterday, I had a rough night and was a bit on the edge.

Now it did irritate me to see that the greatest part of the latest forum posts was comprised of you bashing KC in polls without ever justifying yourself. You might not like King Crimson but are you even able to bring forth a single valid argument against the quality of their output and their scope of influence?

I'm not the biggest Magma fan there is. I still consider them to be among the very greatest prog bands of all time. Sure music is subjective but I believe as a group we can measure and judge a band's quality to a certain extent.

^^Of course you have right to have your opinions, not have to like any classic if you really don´t like it. But saying some classic boring doesn´t shows to me respect of it. Mostly I am not saying anything about classic albums I don´t like, specially if they were progclassics and we were in the prog forum.

Genesis classic era beats King Crimson classic era for me - but have to admit that KC has made more interesting music in more recent times and I'm enjoying their current run of live albums at present.

I do respect it. I just don't go crazy over it. Why is it so wrong to have an opinion on music?
