They're more trip-hop / downtempo, not PA material IMO.

These guys were an experimental electronic act from Northeast Ohio (Kent to be exact) that were active in the late 1990s that I enjoyed and I think they may or may not fit on this site.  Since they are no longer active, I had to go through archive.org to access their website
