Why do QWR differ?

   QWR, as I understand it, takes into account all the albums, their ratings, and their number of ratings.  This just illustrates how an album's rank can change given different criteria for search.

	Could someone explain to me why there is such a difference between these two lists: PA Top Prog Albums TOP 50 "Classic Era" 1967-1975 I do understand that QWR is query-based but how can it make such a huge difference when it comes to the albums from the same era, i.e. 1967-1975. Am I missing something here?
