HI, THIS IS C+SAR INCA. I think that the label 'neo-prog' is mostly historical. I mean, no one label Thinking Plague as neo-RIO, or Anekdoten as neo-crimsonian, or Boud Deun as neo-fusion. Some British press invented it, then
