I can't tell, I have never been any further south than about 120 km (75 miles) below the Tropic of Cancer. So no vote from me.

Let's see. The South has NZ, Chile and Namibia. So that's good. But it also has Australia, so that's bad. But the North has the USA, so that's an instant fail. Even with Russia.
