I have no idea....do you have something ready? If so change it.....for now at least. Not worth a lot of effort though if he IS doing one.

He offered to prepare new bio few days ago on JRF thread (where Planet X surprisingly belongs), and we agreed,so I think bio should be in a process of writing.Anyway, you can contact him and ask how it goes.

about errasing that silly and totally false relation of planet X with 60s and 70s bands , and considering planet X as a traditional hard rock band is just Wrong and ridiculous |

Planet X biography
Keyboardist Derek Sherinian, guitarist Tony MacAlpine, drummer Virgil Donati and guest musicians beat you in the face with high intensity [pork] chops ... If you are a fan of chops [to the head] this will satisfy. Why would anybody want to be beat in the face ... with karate chops, pork chops, or whatever chops? Beat in the face with a fish I can appreciate. I think the bio could be edited down to "Keyboardist Derek Sherinian, guitarist Tony MacAlpine, drummer Virgil Donati and guest musicians beat you in the face". Short and violent. Please fix this
http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=387 Planet X biography Keyboardist Derek Sherinian, guitarist Tony MacAlpine, drummer Virgil Donati and guest musicians beat you in the face with high intensity chops. They recorded the album "Planet X", that would later give its name to his future band. PLANET X is a Traditional Hard Rock Band - with influences that range from the 60's and 70's, to the 90's, from classic rock artists such as BOSTON, UFO and DEEP PURPLE. They perform a truly original music, their own blend of the meeting of heavy-metal, progressive rock and jazz-rock. "Moonbabies" (2002) includes the exceptional participation of bassist Billy SHEEHAN (WHITESNAKE). If you are a fan of chops records this will satisfy. The part in cursive is just wrong and is embarrasing to read , please erase that http://www.xplanetx.com/theband.html <-- Check here for making a good bio of planet X |
