Van Der Graaf's "Quiet Zone/Pleasure Dome" is my favourite latter-day VDGG album (my favourite early-period LP was "Pawn Hearts"). I love "The Wave" and "Cat's Eye Yellow Fever"... These tracks, as well as the others show how compelling and powerful this band was.
My second choice from this list is Genesis "Live". These songs show great improvement over the original studio versions. I really think they were a superb live band... and this album proves it!!!

I actually got two MP3 credits on amazon and I got the Retrospektiw I-II with them (the credits were for two songs...so I got the longest songs I could think of LOL)

I see it now, that is a pity. Probably an option is needed, where you have multiple votes, but you can vote only once for the same choice. I suppose, that is what Zombywoof wanted. As it is now, this poll is useless. Thumbs Down


It was suggested earlier than I change the poll to allow for people to make more than one suggestion, so that's why I selected that option.

It doesn't really matter, since I've ordered the first 7, and I will probably get the rest anyhow.

I like it that Jester's Tears seems to win the poll Wink. But it has been said already.The albums are so divergent, it all depends on your personal taste. If, for example, you are a Genesis fan, it is a sin not to know Marillions debut.
