I don't know who gets to decide what's "rock" and what isn't.  What does rock even mean anymore?  I would consider this rock music.

This is avantgarde music indeed, but it has nothing to do with progressive rock avantgarde (avant-prog).

I also investigated him a little. Wikipedia of a Japanese version has deleted information on him. Information not good other than music project to him.

I've not known him well but lots of website rumors are around me that he has discriminated against other persons as a racist or a musical (or natural-scientific) gangster ... in Japanese Wikipedia he's thought as a dangerous man. Really? Thumbs Down

Kentaro Noda is a Japanese composer.  I think his music speaks for itself




As far as I know, Hikari Kiyama is the only pianist capable of playing his creations
