I voted for Harbour of Tears. It's such a beautiful album, and one of my favorite works from Camel. I hope it gets more votes!

(although Morningrise is in fact my third favourite Opeth album, behind Still Life and Blackwater Park...but the 3 of them are 5 star albums to me)

I really don't like any of the albums on this list. The best album of 1996 was 330,003 Crossdressers from Beyond the Rig Veda by Sun City Girls.
