Do it in the US because if something goes wrong we will rescue you.
Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

The North-Ridge due to it being less suicidal than the alternatives. That's the ridge between that brown stuff to the right Dead and the green stuff Dead to the left in the middle of the picture.
