I voted yes because I recorded a sound of squeezing a ketchup battle into one of my songs, and I believe it is also do-able with mayo.

I, as a Dutch person, have a special relationship with mayonaise. Mayonaise is indeed an instrument, only sounding good when used together with fries.

Another interesting sound is made by adding yoghurt to the aïoli. It’s perfect for shellfish music, but now we talk about a completely different instrument, of course.

Oops, didn’t see that it was a poll . I would say that, in the right circumstances, mayonnaise can be used as an instrument. The sound of aïoli is better, though (mayonnaise is a bit muffled, aïoli is more crisp).
