Yes, Andrew, that's exactly what I'm referring to. Hydra Head announced last june that Coyote will be released in Fall of 2009... and what do you know, we're still waiting for it!
The recording for Stained Glass started six days ago, and anything is possible... But I sincerely hope it'll be released soon. |

Wait, I'm confused, you know its out this year but you wish it will actually be out this year?
If you're referring to Coyote being held back several months that was a Hydra Head Records decision, and since this bit of news comes from HH I think we can take it as a late 2010 release.

Yeah, I know! I just wish it will ACTUALLY be released this year! Is that bad grammar? |

In addition to that, the new Tartar Lamb composition is completely written. If they can't get a record label to support them, there's a good possibility it will be re-arranged for Kayo Dot. Now three KO. releases this year would really be something! I wonder if "the lineup of Coyote" also includes Tim Byrnes, given that he is considered a session musician. I really like his style! I'm absolutely thrilled about the new EP... but first I seriously need some Coyote in my life. I only wish that Stained Glass will actually be released this year. When I found out that Coyote had been delayed until April I almost cried! |
