I'm gonna party like it's 1869.
All the music back then was in the public domain, so I won't have to pay anybody any royalties.

The 1999 party is funky as hell, but lacks a bit of "punch in your face". The 1997 is hellish as Zalgo, but lacks a funky vibe. Is there a 1998 party somewhere?

OK maybe someone's out of sync with real time.
Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...
