what a surprise! thanks so much for this wonderful early christmas present!

quirky, fun, playful and the classically inspired and over-the-top  - exactly the way i love it  :-)
thank you for the fantastic work. maybe you should do your own interpretation of the nutcracker for next year... ;-)

since started devoting 95% of my listening habits to classical music, little tragedies have stayed one of the few bands that i kept up with and of which i always eagerly await whatever new music is being released.

keep up the wonderful work!

Sorry, Gennady, I was sure download automatically means mp3 only. So I even did not click "Download the album" link.

Now I'm downloading WAV-files.
Great! I see the archive contains front cover, team photo and the story, both in English and Russian Thumbs Up

My special thanks for the story, in my opinion it helps a lot to "draw pictures" in listener's head, of course together with music Wink.

My best wishes to you and the band! Спасибо! Clap

I am glad you liked it!
I thought it goes without saying that you can download the album in the .wav format (the best possible quality we have), burn it on a CD-R and enjoy it on a proper stereo system Smile
Although I also hope that it will be released on a real CD with a booklet soon, maybe next year...

Thanks, Gennady, I've listened to the album and like it a lot.
The story is nice as well.
I think it's a good decision to give people the possibility to listen to LITTLE TRAGEDIES music via your site. And a good Chrismas/New Year present for prog fans. Thumbs Up

Anyway, if, for example, MALS records will release it on CD I'll gladly buy a copy. Such luxury music deserves to be listened in best possible quality on a proper stereo system.

Thanks!
Yes, the album was recorded in August-September last year and first appeared in November 2009.
We decided to start with an online publication for this Christmas season, but if any label is interested we might as well release it on CD. So far it remains unsigned and, as you said, is available for free streaming and downloading at our web site.
Thank you for adding an entry on "Magic Shop" at ProgArchives! We appreictae it and would welcome your reviews and feedback Smile

Gennady, nice to see you here!

Will the album be released on CD?

P.S. I just added the album to PA database: http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=25822

Is it right the album has been recorded in 2008, but released in 2009?

Thank you ! I hate Christmas albums, but like Little Tragedies. I have five of your albums, but have yet to listen to them.

The stuff I am now hearing seems OK. Will download.

I've heard good things regarding Little Tragedies but I have not listened to anything from you yet.  'Tis the right season for an instrumental Christmas story.  I'll check it out.  Thank you.

We have recently published our new album called "Magic Shop" and it is available for listening and free download at our website: http://www.littletragedies.com/magic_shop.htm I invite you to come and visit!

It is an instrumental album, and the story behind it talks about a little girl's adventure on Christmas...
