This is a trick question as neither of them are real.
My second thought was doesn't Steven look just like this in all his pictures? Tongue

Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

The first one is real: between the neck and the shoulder the second one does not look sharp and the "O" of "POURQOUI" on the first pic looks perfectly round where the upper part of the "O" that remains on the second picture looks manipulated, more like a "D".

If you look really closely the outline his shoulders look weird in the second picture.

The second is clearly fake, just look how his hair ends. And no flash reflection in the background.

I found both of these pics whilst searching for IEM photos, and they're the same


First one: Steven Wilson "rockeyez" interview!


Second: IEM photo of SW from IEM's PA page!


Which one is real?!

(I voted for the RockEyez one, as the background looks fake-ish!)
