I already edited this page and have no idea what it is.

It was there before and after I edited it. Isn't it an advertising spase?

Evening

I recently visited the "Tangerine Dream" artist page (http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=1295)

And noticed a large, blue bar across the top of the page...

I've refreshed the page several times, and it still hasn't gone. It isn't high-lighting either.

Obviously, this is a relatively small problem, but should be fixed up none the less.

Thanks in advance
-Joel

EDIT

Heres a Print-screen of the error:
