I did Return to Forever's Where Have I Known You Before today. Not very well... but it was still awesome!

I would try that if I had the album.
By the way, what's your AS username, alex?
It should be MovingPictures07.

John Coltrane is officially the coolest thing to surf.
Even his softer stuff works great.

Okay, I'll go for that! I have no idea what character or level I should use though.

Maybe in a week or two... As I said before my hard drive died a death so I've lost all my mp3s. I'm currently re-ripping all my CDs when I've a spare moment. And yes, I know I should've backed it all up but my external hard drive got nicked a while back and I can't afford to replace it. Sigh. Anyway, if you haven't tried it yet I cannot recommend highly enough surfing to Starless by King Crimson. Incredible! Also, very fiercely competed on the highscore boards, I noticed.

Breaking?
All I do is steer. I was playing Pointman exclusively. Maybe not the best idea. I didn't learn until late that there was a scoop feature. Using a touchpad isn't the easiest method though.
Oh and I learned to turn the sound off before you mentioned doing so. The noises just interrupt the music! Not good.

There are quite a few hilarious tracks ... for example, try surfing Pink Floyd - Money with Ninja Mono. Good luck with the constant accelerating and breaking ...

Even though I've yet to buy the full version, I'm TheGeck0 on there.
Now I have Steam, I'll see about getting the full version soon.

! I doubt I'd be able to dent your score on that for some time yet! I'm only just getting to grips with mono pro... All my attempts with other characters have so far left me with truly pitiful scores. My username on audiosurf's The Hemulen, by the way, just so you know who to mock. So far I've really enjoyed playing lots of Captain Beefheart tracks. It can be a bumpy ride but that's part of the fun!

BTW: Feel free to suggest any other track that you enjoyed surfing ... that's the point of this thread. Of course it would be boring if it was all about Cinema Show ... And for those of you who dig Metal: I've also just become King of Enslaved - Path to Vanir ...

I was trying this game out again yesterday on my freshly brainwashed laptop (the hard drive had to be replaced, poor thing) and the news that it's now last.fm compatible has made me decide that I really will get the full version this time!
Mike, I really like the idea of a little PA audiosurf tournament but can we use a track other than Genesis? I really can't get into that band no matter how hard I try... How about something like Close to the Edge?

The only one I play anymore is actually pointman. I like a good challenge.
