Yeah CD is a predictable's quality format.

Whereas many occasion vynils are ruined by the bad cartridges or simply because of the lack of care of the previous owner.

No previous owner Im afraid. Vinyl is just BAD!  What do u mean Predictables? Why are you always putting me down? I think Ill report you.

Ah, but you don't get all the advantages unless you have a fully analogue studio!

Hope you've told her!LOL

Why did you sell it (and why am I going to regret that question?Ouch)

The CD72 is a brilliant player, for the money.

I bought her the ARCAM DVD player. She wanted a better DVD than her sony so i killed 2 birds with one stone...I don't give a sh*t actually cos i don't use CD but yes it's a good player as far as CD goes.I did want to upgrade it to CD92' status for her, but you were looking @ £500.Could'nt see the point

i dotn know about others but my pc is equipped with a decent(but not extravagant) souncard and burner and i have decent(saa) programs , i have studio monitors and a NICE sub and i find that this listening environment reveals subtleties i had never realized upon previous listens in other surroundings, and might be my favorite mode of analysation....perhaps some of your problem with digital formats is that the equipment(on the digital side) you are using isnt up to the task?
