Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

The catch is you have to post a few before you get the promotion and more freedom to edit, so I'd advise using a word processor and being very careful before you post. That was my experience. I was invited to advance to four star status and I believe that grants you more freedom. I still have to request a rating without a review to be deleted from the higher-ups.

If you're a prog reviewer or other sort of special collaborator, you're able to edit them yourself, since you've gained the trust of the site. However, in order to avoid people writing acceptable reviews, then editing them to something unacceptable, in order to edit a review, most members have to PM an admin.
