To my ears, she has lost any interest since her "trip-hop" era. But, well, I should listen back to her albums to be really sure of my lack of interest.

Ah! Love me some Björk! She´s awesome. Great...no freaking incredible voice. And she was amazing in Dancer in the Dark.
Even her demo from ´77 is pretty awesome. I still need to go get Volta. Apparently she doesn´t like rock and roll which I don´t understand since well...The Sugarcubes and all. Anyways my most favorite album of hers is probably Homogenic. Partially because that was my first experience with her, but also I love the killer beats meets killer strings dynamic. Very very modern and expressive and especially complimentary to her lovely voice. Second to Homogenic is Vespertine. And then Medulla. Although I hold them all to a pretty equal level of candle.
She´s always expanding her sound and still being awesome. I´ve got the DVD from the opera house show in Spain. With Matmos and the Inuit chorus.

I love Björk as well. She's adventurous and a much better songwriter than you might think. I was, and am, crazy about Joga, and I remember for instance Geddy Lee saying that you have be a good songwriter to write a song like that.
My favourite is Post, because of the wonderful mix of styles, although Debut comes close.

I've yet to hear the "new" album though (released 2007 ), because of the bad reviews it got. Opinions? Worth a try?

I first though it was pretty pop and not as inventive as her other stuff, but a couple of songs from it grew on me since (the duets I already mentionned), and I still like Earth Intruder (was released as the first single, apparently) and Wanderlust. Definitely far from a favourite though, as Medulla was big shoes to fill for my tastes. Still worth at least checking out.

I'm a girl, so yeah, I love Bjork. Wickedly talented gall who sings like and write whatever the heck she pleases? Hell yeah!
Actually, up until a little over a year ago, she was the only female vocalist in my library (except for a Nathalie Simard singing La Danse Des Canard album my parents got me when I was 5).
Favourite album, Medulla too.
Favourite track: for years it was Army Of Me, of course, especially during adolescence (with the being angry an all... ), now I've been loving The Dull Flame Of Desire and My Juvenile (yeah, I'm a sucker for Anthony Hegarty) off Volta.
Best combination of geniuses ever: Bjork and Lars Von Trier!

Bjork has made some downright wacky music, most of which is pretty damn impressive. Medulla is probably my favorite with Vespertine and Homogenic close behind.
Opinions? Favorite album? ....would you tap? (jk)
