It depends on the keyboard and how much it transposes.
 
On a non-transposed Korg TR-76, using a "standard" voice (ie not a bass voice that transposes down an octave or two, or a lead voice that transposes up), the bottom E is just over two octaves below middle C.
 
That would mean that, in a bass clef, it would appear below the stave with 4 ledger lines above it.
The important thing is not to stop questioning.

it depends, what is the letter name of the lowest note and how many 8aves is it below middle C?
