Topic: Tarkus vs. The Gentle Giant Posted: March 15 2008 at 18:23 |
If smiles could kill, I'm sure the Gentle Giant would win.
But will he be able to win from the Manticore? Just think about that!

As a result of my revisit to Judas Priest, I am listening to Defenders of the Faith. I'm not sure if the tank-like creature on the cover has a name. If that is the Sentinel or the Metallian, maybe, but I think that it could definitely give Tarkus quite the battle. I think that it is the Metallian (as in Metal Lion).

Quite difficult.... GG is enormous but dumb. Tarkus is a normal size machine.. It could activate his machine guns and split GG in many slices.
But like others said they gotta watch out with the King, Crimson is quite powerful cause being the King! But there perhaps the Queen would go against the King. Haha. Tarkus? YES! haha

Gotta go with Tarkus... I mean, it might be a giant but he is gentle after all!

Old? and why is that, because Tarkus is from '71? Oh wait! If I remember correctly, Gentle Giant is from '70! So your giant is even "older," and most likely doesn't have much agility left in him by now! (It's a battle of the seniors, with PA as their retirement home where the most excitement comes from which genre the retirees get put into! )

Tarkus is the armadillo man slayer, and your putting it up against a really tall guy who wouldnt hurt a fly? This poll is rigged.

Josh has it right.. the Armadillo is an impressive creature, has the range with that cannon and good armor, but once the Giant gets in close it's buh-bye to old Tarky..
