These hearing are just modern-era McCarthyism

Since when does steroids in baseball need the attention of the US Congress? Is it really of pressing importance? Not that they were doing anything important anyway...

Total pawn. He has to speak under oath but all the oil heads don't have to swear on anything? Just an excuse to divert attention away from real problems just like every single Senate hearing ever.
