The Moody Blues is a band I really don´t like, I have nothing against them... I simply don´t like them. Opeth on the other hand is one of my absolute favorite bands... so even if I´d like the Moodys I doubt I would vote for them over Opeth

I don't really think either band is that good and don't consider either progressive, but i choose opeth.

I only like that one non-death metal album by Opeth, but that beats the one song I like by the Moody Blues. I did have fun seeing the Moodies on acid in like 83 or 84, but I think without the pulsating blue orb that engulfed them I probably would have fallen asleep, just like they usually make me do. So I vote for Opeth.

Not too much longer remaining!! Looks like Opeth is pretty close to the finish line, but can a very strong Moodies fan base make the race closer?

I first discovered "the Moody Blues", and I like and prefer them to Opeth.

Since I listened to a lot of metal before getting into prog (and still do), my vote has to go to Opeth.

Opeth, the Moodies were the first good band i liked, other than Weird Al, lawl, but my music tastes have evolved alot since then. MB just sounds weak in comparison.

These polls have been revitalized in this section, but there
is a time limit for voting! These two (13 and 14) will commence for
roughly a week, so make sure you get in votes before then! This result will be really interesting to see... but so far I'm excited for Opeth's lead.

Dig me...But don't...Bury me I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect.

Opeth is my favorite band of all time.
So yes, I'm voting for them.
