Hi!
I was really happy to see your ad here since I was just about to post something like that. I have been writing music alone for months now since my last band broke up and I don't feel that band is the right way to create music. Instead I would also like to collaborate with different people. About myself a little: I'm currently 17yrs old, I play bass and to some extent, guitar. I play with my fingers, I can improvise altough I don't know much theory. My favourite bands are Pink Floyd, Dream Theater, Tool, The Mars Volta and so on. I live in Tallinn, Estonia so not far from you. If you can, upload some of your material and send me the link if you're interested. I won't be online for about a week or so but I can check my mails etc occasionally. Tanel "Aadu" Kütt [email protected] (both mail and MSN) or [email protected] (second mail adress) Keep the sunny side up! Edited by aadu2k - July 30 2007 at 09:57 |

Hello fellow musicians. What I would like to offer is an attempt to make an 'internet prog band'.
I write music, play the flute about enough to play prog, also guitar and bass to some extent. I am also somewhat skilled at using the computer for making music - home recording, synth programming and similar things. I also have a friend singer/violinist. She is skilled at doing both things. She has a high, beautiful voice (1st soprano). We are looking for people to collaborate on making some music, hopefully drummers/bassists. If it happens to be that the possible colleagues come from Central/Eastern Europe, it might be possible to arrange some meeting and even attempt to play live. Otherwise, I think it will just have to be a recorded band. (as I'm not into shameless advertising, anyone interested will have to ask me for a demo of my music) We live in Vilnius, Lithuania. I suppose the main style would be prog metal, but various influences (particularily from industrial/dark ambient and classical music) would be good. |
