Are you sure people want to steal it?
It seems we are close to the situation when there are more writers than readers. |
I have no way of knowing if people would want to steal it, but to be safe i'd prefer not to put up a whole work. I work very hard on the things I write and i'd hate to hear something that I'd written end up in some famous song or something. I'm just being safe...you never know what could happen! =)

I'm not familiar with her. This stuff wasn't actually written for music, but I decided to post it anyway. It's freeform without rhyme, so really, I guess it would only fit very abstract music. When I write with music specifically in mind, I usually go for more structure, but my 'style' is usually the same.

alright alright! Here's a tiny excerpt from my best work to spark interest:
On edge of a fountain sits the lone poet minstrel, lydianing his lute with heavenly harp and fleeting flute to tame a winged unicorn, whilst splashing water carousels pen the folia of his incomplete illumination.
Taken from my epic poem, 'king of the masquerade'. It seems peculiar on its own, I know, but just take it as it is! (the whole poem is peculiar...) It should serve as a glimpse of my style and inspiration.

spread word of me, fellow musicians. I am an avid guitarist as well, but I don't have all the stuff for digital recording and such. Figured lyrics are easy for online collaboration projects. I can't sing them for you though...sorry. If anyone is seriously interested, very seriously, post here and we can see about emailing eachother. Because I don't want my work stolen, I'm not going to post any of my work here. I will send 'samples', to anyone interested though.

I would be interested if I was a better bassist and had a band of my own.

I'm a bored 'lyricist' (I write what I call fantasy poetry) and I wonder if anyone could use my collaboration. I don't promise to help anyone who requests, but if the scenario seems right, I just might! I must be given credit though if I write for anyone. Think of me as a modern peter sinfield in a sense. Anyone interested?
