Well, speaking as one who originally joined as a bit of a laugh just over a year ago, has discussed everything from the relative merits of Hammond B3 vs Hammond C3 (and yes - there is a difference in sound!! ), to a small dog named gerald being farted into orbit over Wolverhampton......

1 - Utterly addictive - the words "I'm just going to log on for half an hour" usually prompts rolled eyes & raised eyebrows from my long-suffering, but luckily very understanding wife.

2 - (a) Yes, definitely, absolutely, and without doubt er, and no , er, possibly, um, what was the question again?

2 - (b) What exactly do you mean by relieving stress...... ?

3 - As I am an inhabitant of Zargod, we have 75.5 moons (don't ask about the half; we were drunk, there was this proton accelerator, and tattooing the moon seemed like a good idea at the time), so calculating the lunar cycle is almost as difficult as working out the tidal timetable

In answer to your questions utah_man:

1) Yes. Highly addictive. Its the most potent drug I have ever used legally.

2) It causes me terrible stress. At work I have to keep looking over my shoulder to check my boss isn't lurking. Progarchives has caused out companies profits to fall 50% in the last year. Personally I blame Phil Collins. Hey, why not.

I should point out that my boss is a Focus fan, plays the guitar, and cites Jan Ackerman as his top guitarist. But my boss is certainly the biggest nerd I know..

3) It happens all month round, apart from full moon. Infact whenever theres a full moon I tend to have blackouts and wake up naked in a zoo. Dont know what thats about..

Ultimately bored by endless ecstasy!

Let's just say that before I joined I had planned to spend all of my spare time catching up on my literary criticism and general knowledge on the Middle Ages (I really have to if I want to even think about an academic career).
