Topic: How do you arrange your books? Posted: May 29 2007 at 03:20 |
Completely randomly for me, but that's mostly due to the fact that I don't own too many books. I read all the time (2-5 books in a month), but most of them come from the library. I would guess I have around 30-50 books in my "collection".

Prefeably by genre, but often I have to arrange them by size, to use the space better.

Alphabetically by authors... it's more easy for me to find what I'm looking for in that way...

In a large pile in the corner of my room. I keep my Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy right by my bed though because I'd die if I lost it in the pile

Currently, my books are randomly arranged. I'm going to sort them by genre or alphabetically by author one day, though.

Randomly. I referrence them too often, and I have to put different sized books on different shelves anyway due to my bookcases, so organizing them would be a bit too difficult.

Alpha by author and multiple works by the same author chronologically. Same with by albums.

sort of by genre, but I still have things eventually fall into this entropy depending on what I'm reading (or have read) most recently
