oh yes i heard a lot about them, and I shold take a listen to them, thank you
thanks! i'll test them! :)
it are the bands from the progarchives! :)
i took the list of prog Metal and crossed out all the bands i have heard, so that are all those bands that i haven't listened yet!
They all are from progarchives.com ;)
i am a newbie on the forum, but i use progarchives.com very often, because it gives good informations on the most important prog bands and it is very cool!
But in the last time i learned the most usefull bands and now I'm looking forward to go in the depth of the rock music and therefore I have posted in the forum to hear the recommendations from the more expierenced prog fans than i am ;)
You are completely right! :)
Thanks to you all!
(i expect further recommendations :))

It looks like he just took a list of all the prog metal bands in the archives, took out the most well known ones, and posted the rest... |

Make sure its not too offensive for some of the "gentler souls" who inhabit these pages.

if you choose a generic avatar from the sites database you run this risk. Why not create something original or be the first to use a particular graphic not already on the site then you can claim "ownership"
I have moved this to Prog Recommendations.

Where did you find those bands? It looks like you picked up some Amazon recommendations. It seems they are progressive metal bands - I only know few of them, but not big fan, sorry.

Well, Matraz is an excellent band from my country. I don't know them very well yet, but they sound very good. Recomended.
I heard Altura once and sounded like Dream Theater. I liked it that time (I liked DT too).
