...im not adding to a sterotype...rather trying to prevent a creation of a new one of prog fans being so out of touch with what music means that they have to compare musicians that grouped together constantly to a kids movie

My friends and I actually matched them up, it was amazing. (of course it helped that we wern't fully there... if you catch my drift)
oh and a pink floyd line up

Lion: Wright (seems the scardy tipe)
The wizard: Syd (the one the others sing about)
the wicked witch: that dude who plays pink in the wall
the munchkins: the millions of hired musisians who are now used live

hahahhah.. that deserves some clappies.. and for what it's worth.. I never once have made it through the film version of The Wall... (if you catch my drift ahahha, usually I was in the corner drooling on myself)

I fell asleep the first time I saw it and passed out the secont time on the third time I actually made it through. I will never look at flowers (or a** for that matter) the same way again.
