simply a fantastic and rousing track.

Has to be Endless Enigma for
1) the fantastic intro
2) great vocals, especially the chorus
3) best bit of bass pedal work ever in 2nd chorus.

Favourite ELP moment?
That moment as the last beat has subsided and silence fills the air...........to bring blessed relief from the cacophonous racket that is ELP.

Sorry Reed, but...

I went with Fanfare For The Common Man. Emerson`s synth freakout is
simply one of the best synth demonstrations I`ve ever heard.

I seem to be alone in selecting "Fanfare". I've loved it ever since it was on Whistle Test prior to the Montreal olympics!

Voted for "Knife Edge" due to the absence of "Lucky Man". Definitely
their 'safer' material, and probably least progressive. Just the way I
like ELP...

I prefer Are You Ready Eddy? Great romp... but I'd have to say my favorite at the moment is Keith Emerson's Piano Concerto No. 1.
