The two Yes albums, Trilogy and Thick as a Brick (which I'm listening to just now) - with an honourable mention for Darwin! as well.

1972 was without a doubt Yes´s year...Fragil and the most important prog album of all time...I mean, of course, CLOSE TO THE EDGE...
who else?...well Genesis also made their best album that year, as Jethro Tull...

It is a really tough one, Trilogy, Thick as a Brick are two of my

- Thick as a Brick..........Jethro Tull
- Foxtrot..........Genesis
- Storia de un Minuto..........PFM c'mon, vote for this one! very underrated
- Fragile..........Yes
- Tab in the Ocean..........Nektar
- Close to the Edge..........Yes tie Moving Waves..........Focus
I haven't heard the others, except for parts of Prologue which was very good, so it would probably be up there as well.

ivan & starofsirius, why everybody voted close to the edge MUCH better than foxtrot on another previous duel thread? |
Don't have the slightest idea, because IMO Foxtrot is much better.
But honestly I just voted once when Foxtrot had 36 votes.
