I am frequently inspired to dance by Greek architecture, as well as gothic style cathedrals.

"Dancing about architecture" could also mean "Dancing on or around architecture." An odd hobby, I grant that, but I'm sure someone out there does it.

one can express feelings and concepts through many languages, like the ones using words (verbal - speaking or written - communication) visual signs (visual arts) volumes (architecture), moving bodies (dance), sounds (music), numbers (maths and cyber-disciplines) etc... one feeling/concept can be used with the same meaning in any of these languages, one just needs to know how to use it's morphology and syntax. of course speaking, verbal communication is the most used to "translate" because we all know how to use it, at some point in evolution we decided we should all have this common language in order to communicate.
of course all this is in theory, it's practice that's killing us.

No way. Writing about music is as writing about dance or writing about architecture. All meaningfull exercises. Dancing about architecture is downright strange

It's an ideologically wonderful but ultimately downright silly quote.

One actually can be so inspired by architecture to dance, so I find the question unanswerable.

No, writing about music is meaningful, fun, and sometimes necessary. Dancing about architecture (whatever that may be) is just silly.

There are processes in which the music progresses (writing, performing ETC..) which can be written about.
Also your opinion of the music as well as how it sounds.

Rather, how much you look like a building while dancing.

First heard this one from Laurie Anderson, but it's also been attributed to Frank Zappa and Elvis Costello.
