Yes most definitly, although the one that has more to do with symphonic music must be Renaissance

I voted for Yes, prefer them all round to Genesis, who seem to be an obvious rival for top place.

But YES will always come out on top. The nearest band that could ever come close to YES is ELP IMO.

Man, now I realize I forgot Focus, Kansas and Harmonium, oh well. |
you can easily hit the edit button at the bottom of your first post (the very first post in the beginning of the thread) and change poll choices as you wish... (I suggest you not to tamper with the already voted ones, just add new items in the blank ones instead)
don't forget to add some italian bands, particularly PFM, Banco and Le Orme...
(as a kraut lover I would also suggest Grobschnitt and Wallenstein, but they are not likely to be voted ...)
I'll vote for Renaissance anyway...

Listen to Turkish psych/prog; you won't regret: Baris Manco,Erkin Koray,Cem Karaca,Mogollar,3 Hürel,Selda,Edip Akbayram,Fikret Kizilok,Ersen (and Dadaslar) (but stick with the '70's, and 'early 80's!)
