Was confused for a second...
There's a Penrith in the outer western suburbs of Sydney, Aust. I actually grew up near there, thought i was lucky for a moment...
Even the station sign of the town looks similiar...

It's in the Lake District in Northern England. I thought it was somewhere in Wales and had to search for it on the Internet.
