Hey prog fans!!! Let me start by saying that I love this site and I have loved coming here for the past year. Don't ask me why I didn't join earlier (laziness I guess). If you want to know a little bit about my prog history, I will gladly tell you. I am 21 and have been a prog fan for the past 10 years. My love of prog began with Jehtro Tull. From there, I moved onto Genesis and those still remain my two favorite bands of all time. However, do not ask me which of the two is my #1 because I have spent years trying to figure it out and I still can’t. If you want, you can make the decision for me and maybe I’ll just go along with it. After Tull and Genssis, I moved deeper into the prog world (mostly because of this site). Today some of my favorite artists are Jehtro Tull, Genesis, Gentle Giant, E.L.P., Rush, Yes, Steve Hackett, King Crimson, Frank Zappa, E.L.O., Camel, Van Der Graaf Generator, and Procol Harum. In addition to these artists, I have recently immersed myself in the world of Italian Symphonic Prog. Now, bands such as P.F.M., Banco del Mutuo Soccorso, Le Orme, and Locanda delle Fate are becoming big favorites.

I hope I can be an asset to this site and add any knowledge and insight that will aid fellow prog enthusiasts.

(insert insightful statement here)
