I have a proto prog album by The Electric Prunes called 'Mass In F Minor'. In its original form, it runs for 26 minutes!Confused

The shortest album I know of is probably Elvis' 'It Happened At The World's Fair' soundtrack, which I think ran for 18 minutes- yes, that makes about 9 minutes on each side!!!Stern Smile

It's shorter. It's around 31:50.

I think Robert Wyatt's "A short brake" is quite ahort album indeed. Less than 20 minutes, if I'm not confused. I'll check the actual time, but I'm pretty sure it is less than 20 minutes long. Now, I don't know if it is actually considered as an album...

you are right it is 35:35 and their next shortest is Hemispheres at 36:11

I believe Permanent Waves is the shortest Rush disc, coming in at around 32-34 minutes. That's about as short as I know of, barring EP releases.

Rush's Hemispheres is very short. 34 or 36 minutes I think. Also some of the GG stuff like Octopus it's around that time.
