This just fits the whole mystical theme of the album very well.
It's enigmatic and strangely peaceful, just like the music itself.
It's just classic Dean.
Why? Because it's awesome is why.
Because this looks exactly like my dad.
I just love it.
It illustrates the "Curse of White People" perfectly.

I also like The Rotters' Club, though many seem to dislike it. "In the Land of Grey and Pink" is also quite good.

Don't know about beautiful, but Godspeed's cover is the complete opposite and I like it  EDITED FOR TRUTH <not gay> But from the list Ill go with Amon Duul II's Phalus dei

I like a love a lot of prog album covers. Including the Ash Ra Tempel. A popular one I really don't like is ITCOTCK.
